To provide door-to-door delivery, we collect your name, delivery address, and contact number. We also record your preference for milk quantity to automate your daily supply.
Your subscription details and payment history are encrypted. We do not sell our customer lists to marketing agencies; your relationship with Bansidhar is private.
We use your contact details to send billing summaries, festive offers, and alerts regarding any changes in delivery timings due to weather or logistics.
Milk delivery is scheduled between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Any pause in subscription must be notified via our app or helpline before 8:00 PM the previous day.
We maintain strict ISO-certified hygiene. However, customers are advised to boil fresh milk immediately upon receipt to ensure safety and longevity.
If your delivery uses glass bottles or crates, these are property of Bansidhar Dairy. Any breakage or loss of these items will be charged to the customer's monthly bill.
Bills are generated on the 1st of every month. Payments must be cleared by the 5th to ensure uninterrupted service.
If the milk is found to be sour or spoiled at the time of delivery, please notify the delivery partner immediately for an instant replacement or credit to your wallet.
Dairy products like Paneer, Curd, and Sweets can be exchanged within 4 hours of delivery if the packaging is damaged or the product quality is not up to standard.
In cases of overpayment or cancelled subscriptions, refunds are credited back to the customer's bank account or dairy wallet within 5-7 working days.
Returns are not accepted for products spoiled due to improper storage at the customer's end (e.g., leaving milk outside in the heat for extended periods).
